2. Digital Products
“Digital Products” refers to e-books, video recordings, audio files, and other downloadable content.
3. Goods
“Goods” refers to physical items such as printed materials, workbooks, and other tangible products.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
4.1 Services
All service fees must be paid in full prior to enrollment. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You may transfer your enrollment to a future session once, subject to availability.
4.2 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, purchases of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. If you encounter technical issues, please reach out via Contact Form for assistance. In exceptional circumstances, a partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
4.3 Goods
If you receive damaged or incorrect Goods, notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Returns of unopened Goods within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. No Refund Policy for Certain Services
Certain high-value retreats and one-on-one coaching packages are non-refundable once confirmed. This policy is necessary to reserve exclusive resources and instructors. At our discretion, credits toward future programs may be offered where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neravon shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the applicable Service, Digital Product, or Good.
